Our ancestors understood food was medicine. Walnuts are a super food for the brain, and a good source of Omega-3. We have modified Kris’s mother’s recipe by cutting the sugar in half and replacing it with low glycemic coconut sugar. The spices are medicine, cinnamon re-builds DNA, nutmeg increases brain plasticity and alertness, while cloves are anti-inflammatory. Learn more at www.alzheimerstestkitchen.com
